As a Registered Training Organisation, Network Training Solutions (NTS) aims to recognise & increase the skill level of participants through innovative training and assessment programs. NTS's expertise in flexible, distance & workplace-based training, accommodate for the specific requirements of a varied client base and provides flexible solutions to training needs.The training packages that NTS provide are approved by Australian National Training Authority & Department of Education and Training, under the Australian Quality Training Framework. Companies engaging NTS's services may be eligible for Government funding through the Traineeship and New Apprenticeship scheme.
NTS can customise training to meet the individual requirements of the trainee and your organisation. The program can be conducted within the workplace, while the trainee continues their normal duties with minimum disruption to the day-to-day operations of the business.

What Are Traineeships?
The traineeship program is a Federal Government initiative designed to encourage employers to recognise the skills of their existing employees & increase the skills of their new staff through competency based assessment & training.Financial incentives are available from the Commonwealth Government (where applicable) ranging from $4000.00 to $8360.00 for each eligible 'existing worker' participants who is enrolled in a 24 month traineeship.
Additional employer & participant benefits are available for each eligible 'new entrant' participants who is enrolled in a 24 month traineeship.
How Is It Delivered?
Network Training Solutions is the most innovative Registered Training Organisation in Australia with exclusive access to Valid8 Technologies. Valid8 is a Biometric USB device with a patented software program, currently being used as a secure method for delivering training and assessment programs, With it's three-tier administration, Students now access there training courses using their fingerprints as their login! (* refer to special offer for learning labs or netbook per eligible participant)Valid8 also has a built in feature which allows continued communication between the student and RTO as they progress through their chosen course or program. Valid8 supplies continued contact, with precise time and date recording to the college throughout the students course duration.
The Valid8 solution ensures continuity of delivery whilst increasing productivity, without compromising the validity & integrity of the outcome.NTS uses flexible workplace training practices with nationally recognised training and assessment guidelines to industry standards.
The traineeship process commences with an initial visit to conduct a pre assessment Questionnaire; this will allow the trainer an insight into the employees underpinning knowledge of policies and procedures as well as the day to day operation of the business. This process will take approx 30 minutes with each employee
Participants undertaking training in nationally recognised courses through Network Training Solutions are able to apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). RPL will be granted when all the stated learning outcomes and performance criteria of the training programs have been met.
